Shipping Policy


brings.my can only send orders to street address in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address. We are unable to ship to any International address at this moment.

At the time of delivery, you may be required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.

If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the carrier website to track the status of your shipment. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the order may be disposed after the stipulated time given. Therefore, we will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

brings.my charges a standard shipping & handling fee of RM10.00 with every transaction for any local delivery. * subject to change by the management.

 

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.

There may be promotional offerings for free delivery from time to time so please check in often. 

We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier, Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1-3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery lead times are as follows:

Peninsula Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.

 

SALE / PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

Peninsula Malaysia: Additional 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.
Sabah / Sarawak: Additional 3-7 working days for your order to arrive.
 It is advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.

 

FREE Shipping On Orders Above RM200

Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders.
To receive free shipping, just place an order with merchandise worth over RM200 to qualify for free shipping.
Applicable for orders at brings.my for deliveries within West Malaysia.
Standard shipping.
Not applicable for shipping changes including intercepts, change of address, and to free trade zone which may be subject to additional fee per shipment.
The offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase and will expire at the discretion of brings.my

 

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Please locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your user account. Alternatively, you can visit the carrier website and enter your tracking number in the tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery. Please allow a few hours after you receive the delivery confirmation email for the system to reflect the status of your order delivery.

If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
 

Return & Exchange Policy


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 
(For both courier and retail stores exchange)

Normal priced items are exchangeable within 21 days from your invoice date.

Exchange items / merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box.

We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, damaged or defective other than manufacturing defect.  In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted. Please also note that merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty or defective.

STRICTLY NO exchange for items sold under / such as Flat Price, Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items.

Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.

If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.


For promotions such as ‘Buy 1 Free 1, 1 For RM79.90’, you may exchange the size of the same item or items with the similar promotion of the same value or RM79.90, and is subject to stock availability. Should the item to exchange is out of stock and you would like to exchange for an item which is not in the similar promotion, you must return all items to us in order to process the exchange. 

IF IN OUR SOLE OPINION, THE GOODS YOU HAVE RETURNED TO US ARE NOT FAULTY OR DAMAGED, AND CORRECTLY CORRESPOND TO THE DESCRIPTION DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE, OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR RETURN POLICIES OR THEY HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED IN ACCORDANCE WITHIN THE RELEVANT RETURNS PERIOD FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO AN EXCHANGE  AND WE WILL RETURN THE GOODS TO YOU AT YOUR COSTS AND EXPENSE. 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.  We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 21  days of the invoice date. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the merchandise to you at your expense. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.  

Should the items you wish to exchange the size or color is not available, you can choose to exchange in our all retails outlets in departmental store or via www.brings.my .

STRICTLY NO cash refund. Returns will be processed within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the returned items.
